Aiken's "Name the Park" Contest

The City of Aiken is looking for public input on naming a new park at the corner of Richland and York. Today, I (John) am starting a campaign to name it "Cleve Walker Park" after one of Aiken's most well-known citizens. Please cast your vote here: http://www.cityofaikensc.gov/surveysystem/index.php?sid=59417&lang=en.

  3. I think naming a park after Cleave would be dynamic. I cannot think of a better person to hold this honor. I love the thought of the statue of him in the middle of the park.....but remember, no squirrels.

  4. I think Cleave should have a park named
after him most of the time there named after
    the county, governors,and etc.
But i think it should be named after a oridanary gifted person and cleave fits !!!
