Simple Cooking - Banana Pepper Roast

Put one roast in crock pot
Dump one jar mild banana peppers over it
Add a little water
Cook on low 8 hrs

If you have left over roast you can make french dips the next day! Just make up your Au Jus and heat your meat up in the juice! Toast some buns and put swiss cheese on top! You've got meals for 2 nights :)
