Simple Cooking - Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

1lb of fresh or frozen skinless chicken breasts
1 whole bottle of Franks Hot Sauce or any hot sauce that is preferred
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dips powdered mix
2 Tablespoons of butter or depending on how spicy you want the meat
10 slices of your favorite cheese
4-8 Sandwich buns, I use Kaiser Rolls

Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot, pour ranch dip mix over the chicken, pour entire bottle of hot sauce over the chicken and ranch powder, cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is fork tender. When chicken is fork tender take out and we can do this one of two ways, the first way is to use two forks and a plate and pull apart each breast with the forks, the second way is, if you have a stand-mixer put all the chicken in the stand-mixer, with the paddle attachment and on low speed let the paddle attachment shred the chicken for you! Return chicken back to crockpot, add in the butter, and cook on low for 20 minutes. During the 20 minutes you can get your bread and cheese ready, toasting of the bread is optional! Serve hot and enjoy!
