Simple Cooking - Chicken Foil Bakes
4 chicken breasts (cubed)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 bag shredded cheese (8 oz)
Frozen broccoli
Bacon bits
Ranch dressing
4 sheets of Aluminum foil
Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Get foil and break off 4 large sheets and coat the inside with non-stick cooking spray. Put stuffing in boiling water to water it down and then place it in each foil pack and top with cubed chicken, broccoli, cheese, bacon bits and a dash of ranch dressing. Close packets and cook for about an hour.
