-The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus elephants will dine on the plaza of James Brown Arena, Thursday, February 2nd. The elephants from the show will make an appearance for an early lunch at 10:30AM. The public is invited to attend this free event, to see the elephants snack on carrots, lettuce, apples, bananas and loaves of bread. This will only be a taste of the 160 pounds of food eaten daily by each elephant. Circus staff will be on hand to answer any questions about the elephants and the show, Barnum Bash, playing James Brown Arena February 2nd -5th.

Simple Cooking - Taco Pie
1 1/2 lb ground beef
Diced onion
1 pkg toco seasoning
2/3 cups water
8 oz sour cream
1 to 2 cups shredded cheese
Doritos crushed
Brown meat and onion, drain. add water and taco mix. Simmer 15 minutes. Spread in botom of casserole dish. Spread sour cream over meat sprinkle with cheese. Top with crushed Doritos. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
