Simple Cooking - Yogurt Pie

8 oz container of Cool Whip
8 oz of any flavor yogurt
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix Cool Whip and yogurt. Spoon into a graham cracker pie crust - or any other you prefer that doesn't need to be cooked. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until ready to serve. Keep leftovers refrigerated, of course. You can even use the Fat Free or Sugar Free Cool Whip to cut down on calories.

Simple Cooking - Chicken Pot Pie

1 Large Can Veg All
1 10oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1-2 cans shredded chicken
1 Cup Bisquick
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix Veg All, cream of chicken soup, and shredded chicken in casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk, and egg. Pour Bisquick mixture over chicken and vegetable mixture. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until top is a nice brown.
