-This was a tough weekend for Alabama football fans (John). South Carolina did a number on the Crimson Tide. In fact, this is the first time the Gamecocks have ever beaten a #1 ranked team. A female listener called to commiserate with John over Alabama's loss. She believes Alabama will get revenge on the Gamecocks in the SEC Championship Game!

-John and Cleve will be at the WJBF Newschannel 6 Health and Wellness Expo this Saturday at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion. The event is free and runs from 10 AM to 3 PM. John and cleve will be there from 10 AM til Noon. You can get hundreds of dollars in free health screenings, and there are fun activities for your kids too.
-John spent his vacation last week in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The highlight of visiting there is always a trip to The Apple Barn in Sevierville. -Cleve is nervous about the Atlanta Braves against the Giants in the playoff game tonight. If the Braves lose, their season will end. Everyone wants a storybook ending for the sake of retiring manager, Bobby Cox. You can watch the game at 7:30 tonight on TBS. If Cleve doesn't come to work tomorrow, you'll know that the Braves lost!

Glad John is back-but Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg is wonderful at this time of year. Question : have you seen The Miracle show while up there? If not-FABULOUS! Story of Christ from birth to death to resurection. And the kids are not bored-esp with the live animals going up and down the isles. A must see for anyone going up there!
