Simple Cooking - Crockpot Chicken/Chicken Salad
Crockpot Chicken
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
1 package dry italian dressing
2 cups chicken broth
Put in frozen chicken breasts, and sprinkle 1 package of dry italian dressing and pour over 2 cups of chicken broth. Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Chicken Salad
2 cups of shredded chicken (used from the crock pot recipe above)
1 cup of grapes
2 stalks of celery
½ cup of mayo
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix all together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Optional: sliced almonds of cashews
