"I Believe" Tag Defeated in Federal Court
US District Judge Cameron Currie ruled on Tuesday that the state of South Carolina cannot proceed with a planned "I Believe" car tag because it violates the First Amendment ban on government establishing a religion. Thursday morning at 8:10, we'll chat with Dr. Oran Smith of the Palmetto Family Council, a group that has a plan for making the tag happen in spite of the court ruling.
