Simple Cooking - Poppy Seed Chicken

3 cups of cooked chicken, chunked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 container of sour cream (you can even use low fat)
1 teaspoon of poppy seeds

Mix it all up and put it in a sprayed casserole dish. Crush Ritz Crackers on top, and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 or until bubbly. This can be served over rice or noodles.

Thankfully, we can rely on the truth of Matthew 24:36 where Jesus says that no one knows the day or the hour when the Son of Man will return. Read more

-Diana Register of Hephzibah is the newest member of Cleve's Coffee Club. She has a special love of something called "sop bread." Listen

-Cleve is feeling the pressure to be technologically "cool" so he plans to start using Twitter soon. What will be his first tweet? John's guess is "Bring me some coffee!"
