Simple Cooking - Frosted Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter

Directions:
1) In medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter, and honey. Microwave on high fro 4.5 - 5 minutes or until bubbly, stirring twice.
2) Spread oatmeal-honey mixture in an 8x8 inch pan. Cool in refrigerator.
3) In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1-1.5 minutes or until chips are soft, stirring once. Spread over oatmeal mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Cut into squares.

I even saved myself a dirty dish by mixing the oatmeal-honey mixture in a glass 8x8 dish.
