-The Augusta Riverhawks beat Huntsville last night to reclaim the top spot in the Southern Professional Hockey League. They face Fayetteville on Saturday night at 7:35 at the James Brown Arena, which is Faith and Family Night.

Simple Cooking - Chicken Spaghetti

1 rotisserie chicken
1 cup of chicken broth
1 pkg. of spaghetti noodles
1 bag of frozen pepper onion blend (found in the frozen section of any grocery store)
4 tbsp. of salted butter
Salt and pepper
1 can of rotel tomatoes
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 block of velveeta cheese

Take the rotisserie chicken off of the bone. Saute the pepper/onion blend with 4 tbsp. of butter to your desired texture. Cook the spaghetti noodles by instructions. In a 13x9 baking dish, place the cooked spaghetti noodles, then place chicken on top, next the pepper onion blend, then add the following ingredients; rotel, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Last, cube the velveeta cheese (about half a block) and place on top of dish.Salt and pepper to taste. Place in the oven on 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
