There aren't any new movies out this weekend that Bob recommends for families, but he says there are some that came out within the last couple of weeks that might be good choices. -The Augusta Riverhawks beat Huntsville last night to reclaim the top spot in the Southern Professional Hockey League. They face Fayetteville on Saturday night at 7:35 at the James Brown Arena, which is Faith and Family Night.

Simple Cooking - Chicken Spaghetti

1 rotisserie chicken
1 cup of chicken broth
1 pkg. of spaghetti noodles
1 bag of frozen pepper onion blend (found in the frozen section of any grocery store)
4 tbsp. of salted butter
Salt and pepper
1 can of rotel tomatoes
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 block of velveeta cheese

Take the rotisserie chicken off of the bone. Saute the pepper/onion blend with 4 tbsp. of butter to your desired texture. Cook the spaghetti noodles by instructions. In a 13x9 baking dish, place the cooked spaghetti noodles, then place chicken on top, next the pepper onion blend, then add the following ingredients; rotel, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Last, cube the velveeta cheese (about half a block) and place on top of dish.Salt and pepper to taste. Place in the oven on 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
