Simple Cooking - Caramel Apple Turnovers

1 8-count package of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 can of caramel apple pie filling

Empty the can of pie filling and chop it into a finer mixture. Lay out the crescent rolls and spoon some pie filling into each one. Fold each roll over into a triangle and seal the edges with a fork. Bake according to the directions on the package of crescent rolls. If desired, drizzle caramel or chocolate on top of the turnovers.
