New Fury 325 Roller Coaster at Carowinds

Check out the first test run of Fury 325, the new 325 foot high roller coaster opening soon at Carowinds, just outside of Charlotte.

Simple Cooking - Caramel Apple Cake

1 spice cake mix
1 can apple pie filling, run knife through can to make apple slice small (Caramel, if you can find it)
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup Oil

Mix well, bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Immediately top with 1/2 can caramel frosting. Serve warm with whipped cream.
