-The Salvation Army of Augusta's Kroc Center is ready to open. There will be a soft opening this weekend with a dedication ceremony on Sunday. The grand opening will be held on August 6th-7th. This is a community center unlike any other. Read more

-The shuttle Atlantis woke up Matthew West's song "More" yesterday morning. This wake-up call was specially chosen for astronaut Rex Wilheim. Click here to hear what happened and Rex's response.

Simple Cooking - Philly Cheese Steak


Ingredients:
Deli sliced Roast Beef (about 3 oz per person)
Light laughing cow cheese wedges (1 per 3 oz serving)
Onions, peppers - optional
Hot Dog Bun
Non-stick cooking spray

Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and saute any vegetables you add until tender. Add Roast beef and saute about 2 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Add laughing cow cheese wedge and melt...mixing it with the roast beef and veggies. Saute about 3 minutes. Serve on a hot dog bun.
