Simple Cooking - World's Best Chicken

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
Salt pepper
Shredded Cheese
Rice (optional)

Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place in baking dish. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. In separate bowl combine cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce. Spread mixture over top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Uncover, stir, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Can also be served over white rice if desired.
