Simple Cooking - Sausage and Rice

1-Package Hillshire Sausage Link (I use the "Beef Smoked" kind)
1- Can of Cream of Celery
1- Cup of Rice
2 to 2.5- Cups of Water (sometimes 2.5 if the rice isn't done)

Cut Sausage into small pieces...halves, quarters, however you like! Combine all ingredients--Sausage, rice, and cream of celery--in water. (No need to wait until the water is boiling before you add the ingredients.) Cook until the rice is done (adding water if needed). I keep the stove on high-medium when adding the ingredients until it starts to boil...then reduce to low. Enjoy!!

Takes maybe 30 minutes until its done. Cooking this way serves 2-3 people (with leftovers for lunch the next day!) depending on what you have to go with it.

They meet tomorrow to make a decision. Most of the comments we've seen from the public indicate this name is not well-received. One way to express your opinion is to fax a letter to members of the Board of Regents. Their contact information is here.
