Simple Cooking - Hot Chicken Salad


4 cups cooked, cube chicken
4 hard boiled eggs
2 T lemon juice
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 can chicken soup
2 cups chopped celery
2 oz. jar pimento (I use green olives)
2 T minced onion
Water chestnuts

Mix together and leave overnight.

Top: 1 cup grated cheese
¾ cups sliced almonds (toasted)
1 ½ cups crushed potato chips

9 x 13 Pan – Bake about an hour at 350 degrees
