-Greg Wilson from the Greater Augusta Fellowship of Christian Athletes told us that 117 young men accepted Christ over the last month at their 7 on 7 high school football passing camps. You can find out more about the group at www.greateraugustafca.org.

Simple Cooking - Country Sausage Pie

2 regular size unbaked pie shells
1 package bulk sausage
2 cups mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
3/4 cup canned cream
Salt and pepper

Bake the empty pie shells for 8 minutes at 350. Pull them out of them oven.
Crumble and cook the sausage. Let it cool and then mix it with the cheese.
Separately, mix the eggs and cream together. Add a little salt and pepper.
Then, pour the sausage and cheese mixture into the pie shells.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

You can add bell pepper, onion or anything you like in an omelet.

-The Run for Aimee (Copeland) on Saturday at Savannah Rapids is filled to capacity with runners. You can still show up to participate in the silent auction. Proceeds are going to help buy prosthetic limbs for Aimee.
