Simple Cooking - Taco Pie

1 lb. ground beef
1 small-medium sized onion chopped
1 small jar of salsa
1 small container of sour cream
1 16 oz bag of shredded cheese
1 package of burrito shells

Brown the meat in a pan, drain and add onions for about 5 minutes. In a 9x12 baking dish, lay 2-4 burrito shells down as the bottom. On top of that add the beef/onion mixture, then spread sour cream, salsa and cheese. Repeat all layers. Top with cheese and sour cream. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
