1 can of black beans
Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
Real bacon pieces
Grilled chicken strips (Tyson brand is good)
Butter or margarine
Heat your griddle to 375, melt some butter on the griddle, and place tortillas on griddle. Cover each tortilla with shredded cheese and allow it to begin melting. Warm black beans and chicken in the microwave. When the cheese begins to melt, sprinkle bacon pieces and black beans on the tortilla. Then, add the chicken. Once the cheese is all the way melted, you can fold the tortilla in half, and place in the oven on low to keep it warm while you make more! Make as many as you need, and eat with chips and salsa, Spanish rice, and sour cream!
