Simple Cooking - Tortilla Chip Dip

Mix one package of cream cheese (at room temperature), a cup of salsa (mild, medium or hot) and a cup of shredded mexican cheese (the one with the spices in it). You can adjust the amont of salsa and cheese to your taste. Serve cold. I like it best with the lime tortilla chips!

Submitted by Tammy Metcalf of North Augusta. If you have a quick and easy recipe to share, please send it to john@wafj.com. You'll get a thank-you gift if we use your recipe.
