-Allergy Remedy: Julie called us on Wednesday with a recipe for an allergy relief concoction that her husband uses, and they say it really works. A lot of people have been requesting the recipe, so here it is:
1 tablespoon organic molasses, 1 tablespoon local honey and 1 tablespoon of Bragg unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. Julie says all of these ingredients are available at Earth Fare.

1lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped (or you can use onion powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk or skim milk
2 eggs or egg beaters
Sour cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef/turkey and onion together until meat is cooked. Mix in salt. Add a little sour cream if desired. Spread in bottom of glass baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. In a separate bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk and eggs (mixture is supposed to be runny). Pour mixture over meat and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees in oven for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
