Simple Cooking - White Chicken Chili

One package of McCormick's White Chicken Chili mix
One large can of chicken
One tablespoon of oil
One cup of water
One can of white beans

Place the oil in the pan along with the chicken just to warm up first, add the water, then the seasoning pack and stir until well mixed. Then add the beans. Cook until it's warm which is about 5 minutes. You can add a can of whole kernel corn which is good too.

We place tortilla chips on the bottom of a rather flat bowl, then chili, then we top with salsa verde, sometimes cheese, some time sour cream.

Submitted by Connie Morgan of North Augusta. If you have a quick and easy recipe to share, please send it to john@wafj.com, along with your daytime phone number. You'll get a thank-you gift if we use your recipe.
