Simple Cooking - Chicken Buffalo Dip (Healthy Version)



2 cans (9.75 oz or 10 oz) of 98% fat free white chunk chicken in water, drained (I rinse mine)
1 package (8 oz) fat free cream cheese, soften
1/2 cup Frank's Red hot sauce
1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fat free ranch dressing
1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Place cream cheese in medium bowl and stir still smooth. Mix in hot sauce, cheese, ranch, and yogurt. Stir in chicken until thoroughly combined. Spoon mixture evenly into deep 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with baked tortilla chips, carrots, or bell peppers. You may also place in microwave for 5 minutes.

Makes 15 servings of 1/4 cup each.
