Simple Cooking - Edisto Lasagna

1 lb. shell macaroni cooked
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage (I use, instead of the hot Italian & sweet Italian sausage, just the Jimmy Dean sausage)
1 lb. provolone cheese, slices
1 large can mushrooms drained (I did not put these in the one I made)
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
2 qt. spaghetti sauce mix (I use Ragu traditional, the large one)

Brown and drain the ground beef and the sausage together then add the spaghetti sauce. In a large deep lasagna pan start with half of the noodles in the bottom then add half of the spaghetti mixture. Then spread the entire amount of sour cream over the sauce. Layer half of the mushrooms and half of both cheeses over the sour cream. Repeat (except the sour cream) ending with the sliced provolone cheese. Bake at 350 for
40-50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving!
