Simple Cooking - Corn Casserole


1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick butter
1 small container of sour cream
1 box jiffy cornbread mix

Melt butter in baking dish. Pour in corn and sour cream. Mix. Add cornbread mix. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or till set. Top with cheese if desired.
