Simple Cooking - Mexican Chicken


3 cups cooked chicken
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small container of sour cream
1 bag of Doritos
1 8 oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese

 Boil and debone a chicken (or take a shortcut to app.. 3 C cooked chicken) Layer 1/2 of chicken in bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer 1/2 mixture on top (1 can Rotel tomatoes, 1 can cream mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small sour cream mixed together). Sprinkle with crumbled Doritos and shredded cheddar. Repeat layers and bake at 350 for thirty minutes! Serve with sour cream and salsa or guacamole on the side.
