Simple Cooking - Chicken Parmesan


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten (set aside in bowl)
3/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs (set aside in bowl)
1 can (26oz) Hunts traditional spagetti sauce- (can use other brands)
1 cup (4oz) shredded Mozzarella cheeze
1/2 box-pasta of choice

Dip chicken in eggs, then bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees in a 13x9 baking dish for 15 minutes. Then pour sauce over chicken, top with cheeze. Bake for 15 minutes until chicken is done. Serve over pasta. recipe can be double.
