-Nicole Householder of Aiken nominated her dad in our Father's Day contest, and we celebrated him this morning. His name is Robert Koon of Aiken.

-We celebrated William Maddox of New Ellenton today in our Father's Day contest. He was nominated by his daughter, Kasey Franklin of Aiken and is admired by her for his positive spirit through a battle with cancer. Thankfully, he is a survivor this Father's Day!

-John shared highlights from Steve and Sue Swanson's stop with the VBS Express last night at Midland Valley Community Church of the Nazarene in Clearwater. John has the next stop on Thursday night at Parkway Baptist Church in Evans and will share highlights on Friday's morning show.

-Coming up Thursday: As we continue our Father's Day contest, we'll hear about a dad whose daughter appreciates the fact that he was there for every important moment in her life.

Simple Cooking - Fudge

2 bags old fashion creme drops
1 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter

Melt all ingredients in the microwave for 2 minutes. Pour into dish and let harden for about 2 hours in the fridge.
