8 oz. cream cheese spread
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or ground cinnamon)
1 apple, chopped, divided
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
1 box of thin wheat crackers
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cream cheese, sugar and spice in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in half the apples. Spread into pie plate or small casserole dish; top with remaining apples, cheddar and nuts. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. Serve with thin wheat crackers.

Kellen Smith of Evans correctly guessed that it is Quilted Northern Bathroom Tissue (6 pack). Publix has it on sale through Tuesday (12/9) for $2.50. Use the printable $.45 coupon which will double, and you'll get the toilet paper for $1.60 per pack.
