The First Team Lean Update

Tuesday morning at 7:10, we'll check in with Millie from the Family Y to see how well Augusta did after the first full week of Team Lean. Over 1,700 people across the CSRA are participating this year, including many 88.3 WAFJ listeners. Even if you're not participating in Team Lean, Millie will tell us about a special class you can attend this week to help with your weight loss goals.
