Simple Cooking - Fruit Smoothies


1 c. milk (or soy milk)
2 c. frozen fruit, your choice (Aldi is cheapest)
1/2 c. yogurt (I've been using vanilla Greek yogurt for the protein)
1 packet vanilla instant breakfast if desired or protein powder

Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick. All amounts are estimates. Each smoothie will give you 2 servings each of fruit and dairy...and they are amazing!
