Simple Cooking - Salsa Chicken


2 cups chicken broth
1 jar salsa
3 chicken breasts

Boil the broth and salsa on stove top. Add chicken breasts, reduce heat to a simmer. Leave uncovered on low for 2 hours. Shred chicken and serve in torillas as tacos, over rice, or on a salad.
