Team Lean Community Health Presentations begin this week. This week's topic is "Shape of a Healthy You" where you'll learn effective strategies that promote a lifelong healthy weight through balance, variety and moderation. Here's the schedule: Today (6:30-7:30 pm) at Warren Baptist Church, Wednesday (12:00-1:00 pm) at Aiken Regional Hospital and Thursday (12:00-1:00 pm) at the Richmond County Board of Education. You don't have to be a participant in Team Lean to attend. Weekly classes are open to the public.
