Simple Cooking - Chicken Puffs

1 lb. chicken breast
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 tube of Big N Buttery Crescent rolls
Melted butter
Stovetop dressing mix (chicken flavor)

1. Trim, cut into medium chunks and cook chicken breast in boiling water until done (save broth!)
2. Shred/chop chicken breast in blender or other capable small kitchen appliance.
3. Mix shredded chicken with softened cream cheese and form into 6 balls.
4. Place each ball onto one triangle of separated crescent rolls.
5. Wrap crescent roll around ball and seal well.
6. Dip each ball into melted butter, and roll in dressing mix.
7. Place puffs onto a greased cookie sheet and bake 25-30 min. at 350°F.

While they are cooking, put a can of cream of chicken soup into a small saucepan and add enough chicken broth from your pot to get the gravy consistency you like. Keep warm and top puffs before serving.

Note: You can also make 12 smaller puffs if you're making it for a potluck / shower setting to feed more people; just use 2 tubes of crescent rolls.
