Simple Cooking - Granny Jones' Lemon Pie

Graham cracker pie crust
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 egg yolks
Cool whip

Mix milk, lemon juice and eggs with a spoon. Do not beat the mixture!
Poor in crust, refrigerate overnite.
Put cool whip on and serve.

**Note: If you are concerned about the raw eggs being in the mixture, you could bake the filling in the pie crust for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool before putting in the fridge overnight.
