Simple Cooking - Key Lime Mousse


Blend 3 avacados, 1/2 cup key lime juice, dash of kosher salt, 3 bananas, 1/2 cup agave nectar, 2 tablespoons of lime zest into a food processor. While it's blending peel and slice 3 kiwi. Serve in individual bowls or one large bowl. Arrange kiwi slices on top in a pattern and garnish with a few whole raspberries. Serves 6. You can let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours for optimal flavoring before eating.

  2. Wow, this is really good! I topped it with finely chopped pecans instead of fruit to give it a little crunch. Very easy to make and delish! Thanks for sharing!
