-Thursday is Veterans Day and you can pay tribute to the special vet in your life on the 88.3 WAFJ Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/883wafj

Coming up Thursday...John and Cleve will help kick off the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign from 12 to 2 at the Kroger at National Hills. Representatives of the Salvation Army will be in at 7:10 to talk about it. At 8:40, we'll meet Russell Quarles, the latest winner of the Living Well Award, which is given through our partnership with The Augusta Chronicle, WJBF Newschannel 6 and Doctors Hospital. He is a cancer survivor who is helping others facing the same battle.
