Morning Show Notes - Wednesday, March 16th


-Despite their best efforts, Augusta State lost to Anderson at the Division II Southeast Regional championship game last night. The game went into overtime and the score was 75-73. ASU won't be making a return appearance in the Elite Eight this year, but they still have every reason to be proud of a fantastic season. In other basketball news, Cleve is ecstatic that his Clemson Tigers beat John's UAB Blazers in tournament play last night. Clemson moves on to play West Virginia tomorrow.

-A four month-old baby was found alive after being pulled from a pile of rubble that resulted from the earthquake/tsunami in Japan. Read more

-Cleve has had some trouble with a dress shirt this week. He bought a new one and couldn't get it opened because there were so many pins stuck in it to hold it in place. -A new store is coming to the Augusta Mall, and it's called Flip Flop Shops. Their flip flops range in price from $20 to more than $100 a pair. John just hopes they take coupons! Read more
