-You might see a wooden raft anchored in the Savannah River as you're crossing the 13th Street bridge between Augusta and North Augusta. That's the temporary home of Tonya Bonitatibus, who is trying to increase the membership of The Savannah Riverkeeper, an organization dedicated to preserving our precious river. She's staying there until 500 more people sign up for membership. Read more
